WORKOUT SCHEDULE


Sunday: 
Full Body 1: 38 minutes
This workout begins with a challenging ab series and progresses into alternating cardio, legs, and abs. 

Monday:
Up and Down Bootcamp Mountain: 39 minutes
A challenging series starting with a single exercise and building to seven exercises.

Tuesday:
Full Body 2: 37 minutes
This workout is broken down into 10 minutes of arms and 10 minutes of abs, followed by a challenging series of alternating cardio and legs.


Wednesday:

Up and Down Bootcamp Mountain: 39 minutes
A challenging series starting with a single exercise and building to seven exercises.


Thursday:

Full Body 3: 40 minutes
Challenge yourself one minute at a time and complete this burnout. You can do anything for a minute!


Friday:

Up and Down Bootcamp Mountain: 39 minutes
A challenging series starting with a single exercise and building to seven exercises.


Saturday:

Strength Training: 40 minutes
In this workout we slow our pace and focus on toning muscle and building strength.

I workout 7 days a week at 7:30 am - 8 am plus I try to get in a 2nd workout during the afternoon. These times and type of workout vary. I am currently doing Studio S Live Bootcamp workouts. 


You can come to watch me workout in person or via Skype. You MUST book by 9 pm the night before. You can request what I workout in example yoga pants/sports bra, bottomless/sports bra, VS sports bra/shorts. You can simply watch me workout or you can join me and workout too! 


If you book an in-person workout session you watch me workout then can enjoy sweaty foot worship, facesitting, armpit worship, muscle worship, or Goddess Worship after my workouts! When you book a Skype workout session you can book a 10 minute, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1-hour.
